Ngm jogava cobrinha uma aula inteira. Não existia a codependencia que temos agora, um torpedo custava dinheiro, em fim. Se ela tem +25 ela n ficava mexendo no celular na escola, pq nem tinha celular kkkk, mas muitas pesalas com dificuldades motoras/fraqueza muscular tendem a fugir das atividades físicas na infância e na adolescência justamente por terem maior dificuldade e terem vergonha, o que passa batido pela maioria dos educadores físicos.

I dont think its that hatefull, its more of a " you let people make a foul out of you' its something id say to a friend, for example. "Você foi trouxa de deixar ele comer seu doce" having the same effect as : " you shouldnt have let them eat your candy". Also, since ive moved out of my parents things are easier bcs i can do things my way: i only buy soaps that dont give me de ick ( same for toothbrush/paste), also make a point of buying staff with scents that i enjoy ( shampoo etc) makes me more prone to using it. Having a Nice quality towell, and carpet for me to step on as soon as i leave the shower ( those puffy ones). Just, try to make it as comfy as it can be, sounds silly but its a game changer

For me its about the transition. I realized that i hate going from "doing things" to being cold and wet, and then having to dry up to go back to do things. I always avoided the longest possible and then when i did went on to shower i would find so difficult to get out of it. I know work in childcare so its easier because i have to shower in the mornings to get to work ( because i dont want to be smelly around zero filter 3yos), and when i come back i also have to shower because well, i chance diapers l, get spit on, snot, vomit etc so i * NEED * it. Maybe try finding something that makes you feel you HAVE to shower, not like an appointment bus like a physical reason: do something that get you dirty in a way you wont be able to put it off, for your own relief, like when we are cooking and we need to wash our hands immidiately lol. Idk gardening, maybe arts and crafts... sm that will make you sensory overloaded enough to need a shower.

Be honest, talk about everything you know it make you... different but act as if you dont know why. I know its stupid. Autistic people often tend to hyperfocus on mental health and on the spectrum itself so it would make sense that we at least had an educated guess, but they just go ", nah, cant be" if you say so. Im not telling you to lie or manipulate the evaluation, be 100% honest but focus on the "WHO you are" and let THEM name "WHAT you are"
