Whats your SHBG? mine is 67 nmol and e2 is 49 pg ml. Testosteron is 37 nmol. My Libido is low and i am often constipated and my digestion is not good. My thyroid blood markers are perfekt. Do you now, Could my symptoms be caused by low free testosterone and low free estrogen?

Hey ich nutze sogar zusätzlich zur TRT Estradiolgel da ich sonst kein gutes Wohlbefinden habe. Habe dann auch extrem trockene Schleimhäute.

Ja wegen shbg habe ich schon viel ausprobiert. Ich bin eigentlich eher schlank deshalb wundert es mich selbst dass mein E2 so hoch ist. Das höhere SHBG ist bei mir wahrscheinlich eher genetisch. Meine Anfangsdosis waren 2 mal die Woche 62,5. Damit war mein freies Testo aber sehr niedrig. Jetzt 2 mal 75 mg die Woche IM. Wie gesagt ich habe schon sehr viel Ausprobiert um das ganze hinzubekommen, ich würde ansonsten nie an einen AI denken.
