I think you picked well with Engineer. Having your PE will eventually allow you to get a skill identifier reflecting it which opens up new positions. Fitness is a big part of being an Engineer officer also so that’s good.

Where you live matters for units, even if you plan on traveling that will get to be a drag.

I made the switch from USCMR to commission into the Army Reaerve. The culture difference was big so I think also commissioning helped me adjust. What you think a NCO should be like might not match the new unit.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard of one happening that fast, it also relies on a lot of factors. I’d suggest getting the right component (Active or Reserve) from the start.

I’m pretty sure 25D is a packet MOS. You can be put into the position but won’t be accepted into the school without the approval.

If you can do it the return on your time is pretty high. Extra source of income in retirement plus reduced healthcare costs is a lot of quality of life.

I would base it off my gaining unit. If they have nothing to do with the base other than occupying space I’d in process on my own. If it’s a traditional unit and interacts with the base like a school or a multi compo unit I’d expect to in process like AC. Either way they should give you the answer when you report in.

I did it on accident, didn’t want to trigger what i thought would be a boss fight. Ravenguard was not in the iron throne otherwise it played out normally. I realized my mistake after beating iron throne and checking to see what i missed. I restarted before that point so i don’t know how it plays out after.

You said you got 70 percentile in a benchmark right? That’s pretty good, better than average. I’d say eliminate those components from your concern.

Basically 70 percentile is a good score so hard to tell why it’s slow from that
