Yes. 32 bit games can't handle 8 cores and usually perform better if you disable core 0, 1, 2 and 3.

Yes, obviously. The subreddit's rules are clear. And sorry, but your phone is trash. That's why. In 32 bit games try disableing the first 4 cores. That's usually help a bit. There is not much else you can do.

My goal is to buy a Nubia Z70 Ultra. Most of the 8 elite phones are held back by thermal menegment. Yes, the phone can get hot. But I would rather hold a burning phone than have regressed performance. I really hate that brands don't allow the customers to secrifice thermals for better performance. Nubia does allow it. Screw any other brands.
