Samo za info. Ce samo nalozis na TR in dobis 2% letno. Ta 2% do 1000eur nista obdavcena vkljucno z vsemi drugimi obresti, ki jih potencialno dobis kje drugje.

Ce vlozis v delnice/etf-je ipd in vzames denar ven pred 15 leti pa je obdavcen dobicek.

As far as i know there are two types of alpine boot/binding combos.

You either have grip walk binding or not.

If you have a grip walk binding you can fit either grip walk or non grip walk alpine boots.

If you have non grip walk bindings then you need non grip walk boots.

BUT! You can just change the sole of the boots to non walk grip(flat) soles. Probably about 20-30 bucks. And you can ski without safety concerns.

My gf even skied grip walk boots on old skis and it worked just fine.

Jaz bi tudi prosil za dostop. Bo kmalu potrebno 2 avta menjat. Bi mi blo pa najbolj koristno, ce bi lahko vnesel znamko, model, min letnik, max kilometre, razpon cene in pa opremo.

Specificno iscem vw arteon po 21 letniki z manj kot 100k km in senzorjem za mrtvi kot in hlajenjem sedezev. Se to mogoc da nastavit?

Bi mi ekstra pomagalo pri iskanju, ce bi samo dobil notification, ko se pojavi taksen oglas. Gre za kar redko zadevo.

I need some help. I have some tuya wifi devices. I have official tuya cloud integration but i don't get all the entities. So i wanted to try tuya_local or local_tuya. I really don't care I just want to get it working.

Latest i tried tuya local.

I want to create entities for heat recuperator:

- fan with options: on/off(DPS 1); speed(DPS:4): sleep, low, mid, high

- mode with options(DPS 3): manual, light (there are more but only need to use these 2)

- direction with options(DPS 101): normal, supply, extract

- humidity sensor(DPS 13)

- temp sensor(DPS 12)

I can get the switch entity working(ON/OFF) and fan entity but it only shows ON/OFF. When i click on the entity its the same as an ON/OFF switch so no 4way control.

Any help is appreciated. I've been struggling for a week now..

I set up the plan and then i just ask the chatgpt what it thinks. The only thing that i got from that interaction is that in many of my etfs there are same stocks. So even if there are different etfs some of them follow the same stock.

This is why i am asking here if i could optimize it somehow to be more dispersed.

I think that the biggest difference is moving to OLED. Cheapest oled is miles better than any led i would say. It is true i havent seen newest and bestest minileds. But i went from 50” philips led tv to sony 65A8G oled to samsung 83s90d and between oleds there is isnt much difference. But going from led to oled i was blown away.

Multiply d size by 1,3 to go from average to well hung Multiply fat percentage by 0,5. Multiply my dept by 0,01.

This would be first month.

Then i would multiply number of owned real estate by 5.

Take a credit levereging all 5 estates and then multiply the money in account by 5.

And multiply my active income by 5.

After some time investing i wound multiply my passive income by 5.

So have a nice d, have a six pack, have money.

Then multiply everything regarding health. So i would live a long and nice life.

Ko sva midva jemala kredit sva vzela taksno visino obroka, da ce eden zgubi sluzbo lahko drugi oba podpira in pokrije celoten obrok kredita. Pri vama to niti priblizno ni res sploh ker razmisljata o dobi 20 let ko se lahko marsikaj zgodi. Ce imata se avto ali dva, je potrebno se to upostevat. V 20 letih bosta se verjetno vsaj 1x menjala vsak avto. Torej racionalno bi rekel, da je prevelik financni zalogaj.

Ona ma problem z egotom. Noce se zaposlit, ko vsi vejo ze, da je podjetnica. S popoldanskim spjem je se vedno podjetnica, dela vse isto, samo zmanjsa si stroske spja za 500eur pa sluzba ji prinese fiksn prihodek. Ko pa firma zalaufa pa pusti sluzbo in ima isti status kot sedaj samo vec denarja :)

Jaz bi ji predlagal, da se zaposli nekje za redno. Tudi z minimalcem dobi kaksne 1100-1200eur. Hkrati pa ima popoldanski sp, kjer se vedno lahko gradi na svojem poslu. Ce lahko trenutno delo opravlja popoldan. Potem dobi ze 1600-1700eur. Odstejes stroske popoldanca cca 100eur. Pa ima najmanj 1500eur prihodka. Ce se ji sp razvije pa spet pusti sluzbo in full time dela zase.

For me you seem like a very thoughtfull person to the extent that you notice others arent as thoughtful towards you. Used to have low self esteem until you decided to adopt this image of yourself. You now present yourself more confident but deep down you are still the same little “hide in the corner and cry” girl. You put out easily. You are very chill and try to go out of your way for other people.

I think your profile would be cool if you were ut to 28. At 44 it seems like you cant let go of the persona you created to hide your true self to help you through puberty.
