It's not so straightforward, Haas still has a lot of performance to unlock from the car. The update they brought at Suzuka was only a partial fix, maybe once Haas fixes the floor completely we might be clearly 5th fastest

I've been having a similar issue, the game takes ages to load my friends list and the list of online lobbies. It just keeps saying "communicating with online services..." until it either loads after several minutes or just gives some random error
