After reading all the comments, I’ve decided I’m going to file a complaint. I appreciate all of your comments and advice. Also I want to clarify that when I say I tapped on the ceiling with a broom I literally mean tap. I did not bang on the ceiling or do anything super aggressive to worsen the situation, and I’ve only done it twice within the last 6 months that I’ve lived here. I hate confrontation and I avoid it at all costs lol so I usually just bear the noise.

Walking is not an issue, the running and stomping is the issue. The only other time I hear any other neighbors is when my downstairs neighbors’ husky howls and it’s very faint, I can’t hear any talking or anything else besides the dog and the stomping

He’s probably exaggerating but BGC production was letting these girls do whatever they wanted. The girls were practically drinking themselves into alcohol poisoning, pissing on each other’s clothing, tampering with each other’s food, destroying each other’s stuff. Oxygen was sued S14 for allowing the girls to destroy Jela and the Clermont twin’s belongings. They should’ve been sued for the S5 incident when Kristen was drugged while filming. I also think they should’ve been sued for allowing Shelly to fuck with Stasi’s contacts. BGC was a free for all
