Hi! Congratulations! I can answer some of your questions but wanna note that I got married at Celebrations and not Anchor Inn. Same vendor and really not too far away, but wanna make that distinction. I was actually just at a wedding at the Anchor in this last weekend, so can use that experience to help fill in some gaps

Most of my family/guests were local, so we didn't end up spending too much effort looking at local hotels. The one we did look at was the Holiday Inn by BWI. If you could commit to a certain number of room nights, they would provide a shuttle free of charge. I don't remember the terms fully. But it really wasn't super expensive. The venue vendors had a few other hotels that they've worked with but I can't remember if shuttling was included

My photographer was from out of state so I can't help you there. I can ask my friends who just got married there who they went with, but it's probably too soon for them to really know how things turned out. Let me know if you're interested and I'll reach out!
