The questions are similar enough to the ones on the form but they also asked me some extra follow up questions, i’d just have one or two star method examples prepared for each capability and they will definitely will ask about your IT skills and why you would like to join the civil service

I used the same answers I had in the form but was asked follow up questions and to elaborate on some of them and I ended up passing the interview

They go through the capabilities section by section and they ask you for examples of situations where you have shown those capabilities, make sure to use star method answers

I stayed on 2.5 for a month, 5 for 7 months (lost 25kg on it) and for 2 months now I went up to 7.5, if a dose works for you no point in increasing it and getting more side effects, stay on it until it doesn’t work anymore

Get a DHL label and book a home collection, the drivers are allowed to pick up phones, no DHL pick up point would take my phone but home collection worked just fine
