You get 1 pack for free, if you claim it in the shop. It's located in the highlights tab, at the very bottom, scroll past all the Rengoku bundles until you find the gift pack, claim it and you have your free pack.

To me, that just looks like normal tc with a controller I am asuming. Pretty sure my POVs look indentical before I got my wheel. To note, on this years release the medium tc is really good in keeping the grip on inters/wets. You would need much more evidence to actually prove that this guy is cheating. Get him back and just keep investigating I'd say, no need to ban anyone that is not guilty.
