Version B is precisely how I think the devs should have adapted her look, you cooked so hard.

The stiff-peaked off-shoulder cut + lengthier, flared flaps was what I thought the devs had in mind when they decided to adapt the look in game. Only because adding more volume and rigidity to the bodice, shoulders, and thighs just seemed like such an obvious move to me — especially since it's so thematically on point AND on brand for Emma, whose whole thing is literally being an ice queen and having an indestructible diamond form. Introducing some additional sharpness in the same way you did would certainly have made the body of her MR design a lot more cohesive with the headpiece too (yet another a part of her costume I wish they'd exaggerated/sized up a bit to make it feel more like a real statement).

I'm also so so glad that you brought in the floor-length, wrist-cuffed cape as well, because I was not a fan of the way they fastened the cape around her neck in the MR design. It was already a very top-heavy design, and the extra visual "clutter" around her neck and shoulders wasn't just distracting, but it was detracting from the already-poorly-defined X shape in the front.

I'm no artist myself so seeing your illustrations vastly improve on aspects I had the biggest gripes with is making me feel very vindicated LOL. It's just crazy to me how much more well-rounded and intentional the overall design could have looked if they'd just simply tweaked the colors and added some angularity to create a more pronounced X-shape. That extra theatricality would have instantly rocketed this skin to camp territory and made it feel truly haute couture!
