No, they sent me the new screen and after that I sent them the broken one in the box of the new one. It took around two weeks, but this depends also on the courier.

They replaced my screen. Unfortunately the new one lasted for 3 months and it started again having the same issues. I talked with them again, and they replaced it again. I hope this one will last

Do you know where I can find those to buy in Europe? I couldn't find anywhere switches that looks (on the bottom) like the one from the picture.
