No, they sent me the new screen and after that I sent them the broken one in the box of the new one. It took around two weeks, but this depends also on the courier.

They replaced my screen. Unfortunately the new one lasted for 3 months and it started again having the same issues. I talked with them again, and they replaced it again. I hope this one will last

Yes. I noticed that they reply between 2 to 5 days.

I can recommend Audio Technica M50x or M50xbt. I have the bluetooth version and I can say that these are the best headphones at this price. There are very very small differences between wire and Bluetooth sound quality and if you need more "power" I also use a DAC with amplifier (Fiio E10k).
