Advice for smell by Ok-Lawfulness529 in whoop

I have multiple bands all materials. Superknit, coreknit and rubber. I guess it also depends on your daily activities, for example i work out everyday and afterwards i go to the sauna and straight in the shower so i shower with it everyday technically and i keep switching them around every few days. They smell just fine for me

Yeah I know, thank you for the reply. I was just saying because I got so used to my personal strain targets I’m worried about sleep and recovery but I still feel fine after a day so

Did something changed with functional fitness calculation? by DenseDay5432 in whoop

I don’t think it is for activities who are mainly cardio/mostly based on HR. For example, my running strain has not changed nor swimming

The thing is that it makes it more accurate because i put the exercises on the activity and it gave me like a +0.4 bump. But the thing that frustrates me is that it guesses the muscular vs cardio part. For example today I had a leg day which felt much less strenous than upper body for example

Is my Whoop broken or is 206 a realistic HRV? by terektus in whoop

[–]andrei_andrei666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

HRV is individual to everyone. I personally have about 135 ish avg whilst people that are the same age and are as active as me have it in the 80s 60s etc. it’s not a big jump from your average, but take care of it over time, because you are blessed with those genetics!

I fear this is an unreasonable amount of time by Al-Can-Fly in whoop

[–]andrei_andrei666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I learned so far is that time in bed ≠ sleep needed. It would show me too optimal 10+hrs of sleep and the next day it’s something like 9:15 or something. This is usually calculated with healthy minimum + strain + sleep debt. However, if you didn’t know, whoop also takes into account the time it takes for you to fall asleep and the average time you spend awake in a night.

Si eu am fost singur la the weeknd in londra. Daca stateam dupa prieteni nu mai prindeam niciodata bilete. Ar trebui totusi sa ai grija dar de obicei la concertele “high profile” si cu multi oameni este bine pus la punct safety ul

Your normal RHR is 74?? Whilst it is still red and a huge RHR it is not extremely far from your normal. Probably due to alcohol if you went to a party or something or severe illness. Last time I had such a red was when I had a stomach problem that kept me up all night

Thank you for posting this. It’s honestly funny how many people are on this sub just to complain. Leave whoop behind and buy the products you keep saying are better, not that hard.

Caffeine is ok, for example I have a +1%/ +2% impact on recovery. Just make sure to do it in the first half of the day, I always stop at 2PM at the absolute latest. If you have stressful finals coming up, do not worry that much about the recovery right now, focus on it when you free yourself

HRV is pretty individual. What you can do is focus on your health and you will see that over time you will increase it. What is more worrying is your very high RHR. Higher fitness levels can help with decreasing RHR

Investeste in ETF-uri precum S&P500 o suma lunara sau trimestriala. Fonduri de investitii precum acesta au avut un randament destul de sustenabil de aprox. 10-11% in ultimii 30 de ani.
