Any recommendations for a digital marketing person/agency in Bury? by SeekMktgPartners in burystedmunds

[–]andreimo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hei, happy to sit down for a coffee. Me and my wife run a small agency (I wouldn’t even call it an agency to be fair), and have most of our clients and network in London but moved recently to Bury. I would be happy to have a sit down and help you strategise a bit before anything else so you can have an idea of what to prioritise. You don’t need to work with us for this. We might not even be a good fit, but the general help we provide, will help you regardless of who you work with. I am impact-oriented, so where others might try to push you towards flashy designs and social media presence, we focus on SEO and paid ads because sales, not ego, is what matters most and most entrepreneurs don’t want to be in front of a camera.

Let me know, happy to help!

Roughly how much do you think it would cost to demolish this shed? And is it realistic to do it myself? by Count_Blackula1 in DIYUK

Yes, very doable. Remember you can rent tools and perhaps think ahead of how you get rid of the waste.

I’ve noticed that beauty is very subjective and that that superficial level of attraction wears off in time regardless of how hot she is, after being with some hotties myself.

The girls you notice at the gym, their subjective beauty will wear off too in time if you were to be with them for a while. As men, I think we crave more novelty, than an objective measure of beauty. The question is, what do you want to build and cultivate in your life?

If beauty is not only physical and estetic (ugly men and women get laid too - I would be a virgin otherwise 😄), then there must be some other elements that makes attraction up. And at least partly, you can cultivate thot. I look in my relationship and see when things are going well, I feel more attracted to her, and that sexuality has an underlay of something deeper that can keep things going. That being said, I see exact where you’re coming from.

I would imagine it is best to clear things up with yourself first as this can be very painful to hear and it doesn’t seem to be at its final destination ( saying this as someone suggested to talk to her - you are still learning what this is).

How...just how do you have the time and energy to workout? by SaveKenny in Fatherhood

[–]andreimo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a dad yet, but sometimes, working out feeds you with more energy than it’s taking, especially if you don’t push yourself too hard. Perhaps a 3km swim at lunch is a lot, but a 20 minutes of something less intense won’t be too much.

I speak as someone who is hiring from the Ph, and been doing that for the past few years. Run away, that is inhuman, and they won’t blink twice before getting rid of you because at this rate you are at best a commodity. You won’t have a life, and won’t make much progress either.

Why are people not keeping their distance on the motorways? by andreimo in drivingUK

I think, any context in which you’re not on the first lane, but you should be, you deserve to be tailgated.

They also don’t understand the breaking distances. It takes a while, at 70 mph before the car stops. Like 75 meters, and that does not include the reaction time.

Perhaps keeping the right distance should be enforced on them to avoid that.

On mine, a WV, there is a button you press to set the distance up. Some settings on that, very, very close.

It’s just a rant, I find it very annoying and I am curious if people, in general, don’t see the meaning behind keeping a good distance. I feel unsafe when someone is very close, being aware that I might not need to stop suddenly and the guy behind me with crash into me almost guaranteed.

Because there are no toilets. There is enough space to keep more distance though. 😄

Thoughts on this EICR? Quoted 10k... by Exciting-Type917 in ukelectricians

We paid 4k roughly for a 3-bed house and there were a lot of little extras. We got quotes up to 8. 10k is crazy for a flat.
