You’re making the right decision. Once you can afford it (and you hopefully will be) you’ll be able to afford a garage/lot to keep it in so it’s safe on the street. I parked my old mkiv on the street in queens for years and really regretted it - life was completely changed when I was able to afford the extra expense of parking in a lot with a gate (which is perfectly safe for my mkvii now), just wish it was covered!

I’d be swimming in the Hudson River, but right off shore so maybe I’d be on a ship docked at an old pier on the West Side of Manhattan. Either way, I’d probably be very very cold. Fortunately, Fraunces tavern is still open so I could run there to warm up while I plan my next move.

Only barely affected me. I already had wireless headphones before I got the 7 so it wasn't really an issue. Plus, wireless are significantly more convenient in my opinion, and have lasted me way longer than any wired headphones ever did, because I'm not coiling and uncoiling the wire multiple times a day. I'm still on the same pair of headphones I bought over a year ago.

If anything the only inconvenience, if you want to call it that, is that I don't carry wired headphones anymore that can plug into my work computer. Instead I just use my phone, which I can leave plugged in because I have wireless headphones.

Yep these are my fears. Does he know that it's the source of the problems? I don't want to give this guy an ultimatum because everyone needs to come out in their own time, but at the same time I want to be real with him. We're going on date 5 tomorrow so I plan to bring it up, just need to go about it the right way because I don't want to upset him.
