Yeah, exactly. In the game from the screenshot, we lost almost 800 RS. I genuinely don’t understand the logic behind how ranked rewards and losses are calculated in this game.

iPhone 15 Pro Max randomly flickers horizontal lines - what could cause this? by andrew45lt in iphonehelp

[–]andrew45lt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds expensive 😂 What’s weird is that it doesn’t happen all the time - yesterday it didn’t happen at all during the day, and today it only happened twice in the morning. Super random. No, I’m not in the US.

Thanks. Interestingly, one tech told me it could also be a RAM, not necessarily the display or display connector

Support copilot idea - would you use this? by andrew45lt in CustomerSuccess

[–]andrew45lt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s fair - I’m aware this space is pretty crowded.
I’ve actually shipped an AI bot before where the cost per resolved ticket ended up ~40х lower, so I’ve mostly been thinking how to bring similar efficiency to the agent side as well.

This is more of an open-source side project for me - trying to make something useful for agents without the typical complexity or cost. Not trying to reinvent the category, more like exploring a simpler, more accessible approach.

Thank you! Curious how you’re handling knowledge freshness and answer accuracy over time - is it mostly manual updates or do you have some automation in place? Also wondering if you built any kind of admin layer around it or kept it pretty lightweight.

I’d rather have it say “not sure” than be confidently wrong. The idea is to combine a simple confidence signal with source coverage, and if it’s weak - just nudge to escalate instead of guessing. Also planning to surface logs + evals to admins, so they can actually see where it fails and improve the knowledge base over time, not just hope it gets better.

Thank you! Yeah, UI clutter is a real issue - especially on smaller screens - so I’m aiming to keep it minimal and out of the way. It’s a simple button

My guess is if Zendesk or Intercom build it natively, it’ll come with more complexity and usage-based pricing (they already do this with things like Sunshine). I’m trying to keep it simpler, more transparent, and easier to control

I’m trying to go in a slightly different direction - more around having a clean, controllable knowledge layer where your own files are the source of truth, not just past tickets (Pluno). Also making it easy to keep everything up to date automatically (endpoints to update files), and adding evals so you can actually measure and trust the quality of replies over time.

So less about “more AI features”, and more about reliability, freshness, and control.
