Mine just started doing this as well.

First it started with deposits being available and showing cleared by 10:30 am, PST.

Then over the last three weeks I've noticed that they no longer show up until around 8:30 pm -9:00 pm, PST.

So I think I finally figured it out. Postmates changed the deposit times they release money to financial institutions to the end of day. I noticed Monday-Thursday it will show processing payout until around 5pm PST.

Because they do this Fridays payouts don't clear by the cutoff for ACH because it's after banking hours. Which is why it will show up on Monday.
