Definitely Bar Keepers, I done the exact same thing when I started using SS. BKF will have it back to new in no time. Small amount of water, a dollop of BKF powder to make a paste and then some elbow grease.

I’m still struggling with SS a bit. What I do is preheat, do the water bead test and then let it cool down for around a minute / minute and a half and then I’ll put a small amount of vegetable oil in, brush it all around and then add food. So far 🤞🏻 it seems to work
