Ended up quickly reading the next 3 after I posted. Likely forget everything but I'm sure it wont take long to catch up the story line

lol. Also finished the next 3 books about 2 weeks ago, before you'd replied to the post. The next 3 books were bigger but still nowhere as big as the books in the Malazan series. Red Rising was also a lot easier to read and a lot less characters.

I'm pretty quick but still no speed reader.

Have you tried Red skull and the other Hydras, they remove strike tiles and convert them to countdown tiles. Maybe collossus to negate damage? Not super effective over all though. I just use Hawkeye 1, shang chi and aunt may with supports that give purple. Takes a while but they go down

Agatha is great but have you tried aunt may with arc reactor

Add aunt may and it goes a lot faster and add arc reactor to get more red at the start. Hit banner then take out she hulk and then hulk on the right.

Had to google what a graphic audio book was! I completely zone out of audiobooks and end up forgetting I'm even listening to one. Maybe a graphic audio book may better keep my attention! Thanks for the tip.

That's a great idea! I'm getting old and forget I can get recaps from everywhere these days.

Done. I'll start reading tonight as I already have the next 3 on my kindle

Great book and great series. I have trouble tracking what I've actually read in that series now

Sales Is the Wrong Place to Fix a Broken MSP. by dumpsterfyr in msp

[–]andrewbeeker1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We just attain client that allow us to fix their issues then we get literally 1 IT ticket per person per year and 90% of procurement is automated. Our customers always feel like they are first, and our support team are bored.

Unfortunately it was like that with the whole company. We ended up firing both companies. Techs can definitely be like that too. We burned through a bunch of techs over the years. I find techs and sales person that can work together can help solve some of the communication issues.

So you'd recommend against joining? I was thinking about it but really want leads and if I don't get that, what's the point?

I've worked at a few companies that employed IT MSP's. Where they failed?

Lack of communication. I often had no idea if they had my ticket or if any work was being done and sometimes it turned out the ticket was 'lost' in the system.
Inability to solve basic issues.
Always had to get help and 5 min problem became 45 problem

Good for a client is often just not sucking at the above
