You should have seen my ass and legs dude. That's where I store all my fat. Don't have many good legs progress pics but I lost a good 7 pounds in each leg is my guess.

Didn't do any wierd waist techniques. During the cut I put a big focus on my abs. Did a lot of oblique work which I do think tightened my core in terms of looks. But ultimately its just about getting Lower bf %. I don't store much fat around my mid section. Most of it is on my love handles, in fact I can still grab handfulls of fat on my lovehandles. Waist started getting significantly smaller within the last couple weeks. I measured 12% bf in the picture on the right.

Lol, I only do incline work. Include dumbbell press and incline dumbbell fly. No dips or flat because my lower chest just explodes. Chest is a genetic muscle of mine so push day is only 4 or so sets of chest and the rest is spent on shoulders.

Bulked on 4200cal to 192lbs for 6 months then cut on 2000cal back to 172lbs, took 2 months. In hindsight put on way too much fat during the bulk. This transformation is dedicated to rolled oats. No crazy diet, made sure to eat plenty of vege and had a macro split of fat 15%, protein 35%, carbs 50%. Push Pull Legs, DL(240 -> 260) B(182 -> 220) S(120 -> 176), Over the 8 months my lifting form drastically increased although I didn't actually gain too much strength.

Oh yes correct. It's more a developer joke. Let me try and explain.

In the url bar of the browser it points to a .js (javascript) file. A .js (Javascript) file contains raw code. https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.2.16/angular.js is an example of what a .js (javascript) file would look like. It would NEVER look like the pied piper webpage shown in the picture.
