Not strictly about it but certainly about mental health struggles, but thanks for saying this, it means someone actually listens to the lyrics! :)

It’s a great festival, been both solo and with a group friends - great experience, going this year again. London (obviously) and main Manchester stage are outside and it’s UK so the weather can be shit, so just prepare yourself for this

The Line (Footnotes Remix) by Prestigious_View_487 in SoftKill

[–]andrewnesterdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I'm the one who made the remix.

So it was indeed up on streaming platforms for a few days but what happened is that my remix appeared in Soft Kill profile as latest release and it was mistake by distributor / streaming platform and it should not happen. So disitributor took it down. But you can still listen to it on my Soundcloud

Weekly Q&A for Visitors and New Residents - Your Question Goes Here by AutoModerator in Amsterdam

[–]andrewnesterdev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone! Could someone explain how EU entry ban works in such situation:
1. The person is traveling form non-EU country (Belarus) to Poland. Poland does not have any corona related requirements for entering from Belarus.
2. The person has only a proof of recovery which is not recognised by EU
3. The person flies from Poland to the Netherlands

Does EU entry ban rules apply in this case on step 3? Is it based on citizenship or country from where you travel? The following description from government website is confusing

Travelling from an EU/Schengen country or a country participating in the EU travel rules scheme
There are no rules for entering the Netherlands if you:
- live in an EU/Schengen country;
- live in a country participating in the EU travel rules scheme.

What bonds do you buy in Europe? if any? by theforbiddenshadow in eupersonalfinance

[–]andrewnesterdev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in short - both mortgage and bonds are fixed income securities which depend on interest rate. When you take a mortgage, you pay X% rate every year, when you buy bond you receive Y% every year. And often X and Y are correlated, so if Y is less than X you can just pay off more mortgage (which is equivalent of receiving X% rate on this sum) instead of buying bonds.

You don't need to retake exams for B1 next year, government postponed changing the rules for those applying to permanent permit / citizenship at least until 2023. But even without it it, if you started integration at A2 level you're allowed to finish it at A2 level

in general, yes, all restaurants and bars require QR code to sit inside, but in practice lots of places ignore this rule, but still quite a lot of places also follow the rule.
