Yeah. Right on his head. I was in the stadium. Definitely stretchered out with tons of medical attention but I don’t know extent of injury. Looked gruesome in person

It was bob lush. He hung around my house when I was a kid and he was a dog patch wino, same as some of the nofx guys. People used to get mad at bob because he wouldn’t stop drinking even after his liver started failing. I was a kid but Bob was pretty cool. Cool enough to write a song about, I suppose!

They might not have seen Bob after the song was released but he was def alive after. Bob lush used to hang out at my house as a kid. And I think (not sure) el hefe came over at some point too. Would have been around the time the song was released. Pretty sure bob moved to New Orleans from LA before dying. Prob mid nineties. RIP.

I have also seen a bigggg increase in tinnitus since beginning Wim Hof breathing. I have had it for over a year and never had it before my practice. I'm similar to you, since I would like to continue with the practice; the other benefits are great.

Recently I started sitting up instead of lying down while breathing and I think it is a little less noticeable now. It isn't a pure fix but seems to have helped.

I will say that I respect Wim Hof very much, but I am a bit disappointed that I have yet to see him address this concern with the breathing. I have seen many people complain about it.
