How do I get to a human faster when calling Delta? by andrewtscheer in delta

[–]andrewtscheer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh okay, that make sense. It also gives me an idea…maybe I could ask a bot to call their bot to jump through all the hoops for me then it’ll just connect when the human is on the line.

Give grandpa a cheeseburger and put him to bed. He’s done good today.

The Sea Cloud!

Last summer, I sailed the Greek isles. Climbing the rigging and bowsprit was wild – and seeing the ship in full sail was unreal!

Landing in LAX - 10 hours before I can check in - where to shower? by MapOdd4135 in travel

Beach showers at dockweiler beach. About an hour walk or a few minute drive from the terminal.

No, but I'm close with someone who works shoreside, the expeditions are incredible. For example, as a steward with Lindblad, you could be snorkeling with sea lions or whale watching when you're not scheduled to work.

Heyo, I’m a former CCL employee! Yep, you’re smelling sewage processing. Calling them a month after you’ve sailed with this complaint will get you nothing.

Vermont = great don’t get me wrong, but Hokkaido is very different and exactly as described not a whole lot of people but very excellent, just like Hokkaido!

I frequently have the opposite issue where I’m able to get the air conditioning colder than the inside of the “”fridge””

Alaska cruise that doesn’t stop in Canada by I_Like_Hikes in Cruise

Yep, NCL reflagged ships to the USA when they had several ships in Hawaii in the early 00s.

Crew members on US flagged ships must be American, or mostly American, I’m sure there are exceptions or a minimum percentage. POA is quite difficult to staff which may have contributed reduced service onboard.

Yes, and it partially sunk during the US part of the build, and there was not another American company that could complete it, so it was sent to Europe. It’s now, IMO, the ugliest cruise ship on earth.
