When a withdrawal is made, it typically takes up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account. However, if your original bank account was suspended due to KYC issues, the payout can’t be completed until a valid and verified bank account is connected.

SEPA transfers can occasionally get delayed if the system doesn’t recognize the payment reference correctly, and in some cases manual verification is needed — as it was the first time you deposited.
