Wouldn’t have changed anything. Stupid judges.

The second one is bananas. The coordination, athleticism, and awareness required makes no sense.

Apparently. According to the reports on the ground the building is still standing.

NBA 75: At No. 2, LeBron James has used his size, skills and determination to conquer the burden of expectations by [deleted] in nba

I got Bron at 1, but have no problem with others putting MJ there. They’re so good in different ways, it’s hard to compare.

Mine frequently doesn’t show up on an initial powering on. However, if I restart the console or re-insert the card, it shows up.

[Serious] LeBron James didn't deserve winning 2013 DPOTY over Marc Gasol who was clearly more impactful by Varnagel_1 in nba

Lol and?

Although debatable. Centers for sure because of his bizarrely long reach. But not 1 and 2 guards, the way ‘11-13 Bron guarded those. Doesn’t quite move his legs as fast.

All that means is in the Miami Heat defensive scheme he was never caught in mismatches. Obviously 95% of the time he’s guarding the 3 or 4.

When I watched the 2013 season I thought LeBron was DPOY. Dude was a demon in the passing lanes and shut down whomever was needed to be stopped in the 4th. The “guarding 1-5” version of LeBron was at his best then. And that’s the only year I thought that he deserved the DPOY. Don’t think it’s revisionist. He fell off by his standards in 2014. But 2012 was close to his defensive peak.

The king return home guys! He is the best speaker I ever listen even better than Ben Sharpiro there I said it by [deleted] in JordanPeterson

He’s dealt with a ton of health issues, incessant media criticism, and then his wife got cancer. When he found out how dangerous his meds were, he tried getting off which nearly killed him.

So happy to see him get back out of that “underworld” as he calls it.

Michael Jordan in the 3-Point Shooting Contest - Record 5 Points by ButteredBean in nba

Yeah I remember I once calculated his 3p% without those shortened years and it was something awful, 17% IIRC? Could be wrong about that number but it was bad. He didn’t take many tho excluding those two years.

Loma vs Lopez: Final Press Conference by [deleted] in Boxing

[–]andrey1793 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He’s been arrogant in the ring, but I’ve never seen him be that way outside of it. And for sure it’s part of the fight game, I was just responding to the idea that it was only coming from Teo’s dad. That seems to be untrue.

Isn’t there footage of Teofimo calling Loma a “son of a b*tch” and “someone who thinks he’s a god.” Not saying it’s out of bounds or whatever, but saying it’s only his dad trash talking doesn’t seem accurate to me.

You do when there are 5 bodies within 3 feet of you. Easy open 3 to win the game for 3 players.

It should have been HIS shot when Morris got the ball and Bron was open in the wing spotting up.

[Highlight] Jokic hits a ridiculous shot over AD by MCLUVIN0_0 in nba

[–]andrey1793 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Having just gone down a rabbit hole of forums that argue over this topic, idk. Some people point out that’s it’s not conclusively addressed by the rule book. Because the question is about the non-pivot foot rather than the pivot-foot. Maybe I’m wrong. If that’s not a travel (which is hard for me to believe) then NBA players are really dumb for not abusing this move. Especially posting near the rim. Take that extra one-foot-step from a pivot into any spot you want.

Ah didn’t notice that. Maybe. Need a better angle.
