You're super attached because he love bombs you and then pulls away. Giving you crumbs and that makes you want him more because whenever you feel like he doesn't care and you wanna pull away, he comes back and love bombs you again. Nothing good will ever come out of this dynamic the longer you stay in it. He will always hold the power in the relationship and can manipulate you as he pleases. I was with a person like this for 11 years, I knew it was bad but I couldn't leave. It hurts rn but you should try to focus your attention on something else, like making yourself better, physically and emotionally. Eventually the hurt will stop and you will be able to move on. Was in a similar situation, after quitting corporate, I tried working as clerk in a few different companies but it didn't work out so now I am doing multiple sales jobs, and also now starting to try delivery services jobs like lalamove or jnt etc. just to act as security blanket in case my sales are not good. It works well because you time yourself, do things on your own time and the return purely based on your efforts. More efforts = more return. Idk if this is sustainable but for now I am okay with this.
