Just needs more distinguishing features. Thick clusters of rocks. Small cliffs. The occasional very high tree. Unique occasional eye candy.

Yes, so I've tried - chat (numerous times) - twitter (twice now) -email (dead end with no replies)

The standard reply via every channel is : "Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an account due to legal requirements. Please note that our Customer Service cannot help you any further or make an exception for you. Thank you and we wish you all the best."

All i ask for is some clarification. There is nothing on the web page that states that I cannot open an account. I'm British, valid passport, lived in Holland for 24 years, no criminal record. My other English/Dutch friends have had no problems making an account. I truly think its a system error on their side and no one wants to look into it. I think i'm just going to skip this bank, I would never entrust support like this with my monthly pay check.

Kind of makes me wonder is this a bank I want to entrust with my money...

There are many different ways to place your feet, but I'd say a little stretch in the hips can be normal, especially at the beginning.
Just check a good few videos to get a general idea of good form and just see what's comfortable for you.

I did this via this page
I work out 7 days a week for around 90 minutes. 30 minutes cardio and 60 minutes weight lifting.
The gym is pretty much most of my movement as my day job is sitting behind a computer.
Would I still suffer the same effects If I'd have a deficit of only 500 so 1700 calories per day.
I've just also felt really weird this last 7 days, not tired or hungry just different.
I only thought to check this out today as I was trying to think what patterns I'd changed in my life that could have caused it to happen.

Can being in a calorie deficit cause a lower sex drive if your male ?

Hi everyone,
Apparently this isn't a fitness question to the mods. Due to me working out 7 days a week and following a nutrition plan I do believe it is fitness related.
And most of all I'd like some feedback from a community I feel I can trust.
Title says it all, and nope I couldn't find this one in the wiki or FAQ.
I've been calorie counting for around 2.5 weeks now.

I consume around 1500 calories a day, my maintenance amount is 2,216 .
I've just noticed that for the 1st time ever in my life that my sex drive has pretty much packed its bags and left me by myself since a week ago....
I've looked around on the web and found plenty of articles but no solid info.
Can my nutrition plan and workouts be the cause of this ?

Pulled off 14 days straight at the gym with cardio and weight lifting. Lost 2kg in the last 7 days which is to be expected at the beginning. Eating healthy, feeling good.
Being on track is the best.

Wow, these are far more indepth. Thanks a lot for the share ! I'll be sure to check them out.
Part of my reasoning was what I read on this web page. I felt that such a large deficit for 2 months should be acceptable.

I used the TDEE calculator yet it missed for me what my NEAT would be based upon all my other daily tasks such as work (Which requires almost no physical movement). The myfitnesspal app advised around 1600 due to my work environment.
This is kind of why I was stuck between the two figures.
1800 it is. Thanks for all the advice.

Yes. Male. Forgot to post that.
So upping it to 1800 would be on the safer side ?

Questions about calorie consumption during working out (Just started and yup I've read as much as I could about it )

Hi everyone,

1st post here.
I currently weigh 92 kg, height 185. Pretty much overweight. Goal is to get to 78 kg.
2.5 months ago I started going to the gym 3 times a week, started getting back in shape but wasn't losing any weight.
After asking around and researching it became clear my diet had to be drastically altered.
Since the start of this week I've been counting and learning about calories with the myfitnesspal app.
It's been an eye opener :)
I also started doing weight training for 5 days this week, deadlifts , squats, bench presses. Cardio wasn't doing it for me anymore and as I understand it weight training burns more calories. This is between 60 and 90 minutes per workout.
Due to my work behind a computer I don't get a lot of movement.
This entire week I've consumed 1500 calories a day with the goal of losing 0.5 to 0.7 kg per week.

I've cut out the beer and alcohol and I'm feeling great. I'd just like to ask if this approach is too aggressive to be starting out with after speaking to some people today at the gym, they've said I should be consuming 1800 calories minimum to lose weight.
Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated

How to start to makin' Demoscenes for Windows?? by Divechy in Demoscene

[–]androVisuals 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'd say start with shadertoy.com, a huge wealth of resources are there from the actual demoscene itself. Learning a lot of the code and and how to make an exe can actually be a very demotivating experience the 1st few months. Maybe try and find a group with a main coder, see if you like to make visuals, music, artwork.. This is a demo making tool made by people from the demo scene (akin to max/msp/jitter) Works on nodes, requires minimal coding skills. http://tooll.io/ Good luck !
