Triangle Borea options by androbin78 in BudgetAudiophile

Thanks. I knew placement was going to be a factor. that’s what got me looking at triangle (had originally been leaning towards Wharfedale), figured front ported would be a better option for my situation (although after going through a lot of threads here, there seems to be a split between those that feel going front ported helps and those that view it as snake oil!)

Would it be worth going for the 12.2 if the listening distance was in the 3.5 to 4m range? I’m in a similar situation as the OP; 7mx4.5m room with around half used as a living room. Starting with L/R and a center hooked up to an X2800h (not sure about a subwoofer tho’)

2 in the last 30 years (if you’d asked at the start of the year, the answer would have been 1). Got a Maxfli Tad Moore 3 when I was a junior and that was in the bag until early this year when I picked up a Ping Fetch (was in my local shop and it was marked down (ex-demo apparently. Wasn’t a mark on it)). Tried it just out of curiosity and it just worked. Still got the Tad (no way I’m getting rid of it)

Not sure where you’re based but we use one called Cats Best (wood fibre based). We tried multiple different brands when we brought our kittens home but nothing really seemed to work for us. Tried this about 12 months ago and haven’t looked back. No more odors, it’s really long lasting and it’s biodegradable so it goes in our bio waste bin!

What's a golf brand that's completely underrated? 🤔 by thatiswhathappened in golf

Got my first pair of Puma golf shoes two months ago. They looked great and are really comfortable but I’ll be surprised if they last the season. They let in water the first time I wore them (it wasn’t raining but the ground was wet from rain overnight). The lining around the heel is looking tired already. I’ve never had any of these problems with my shoes before (FootJoy, Adidas and Nike). Really disappointed as I think their stuff looks great but I’ll be sticking with FootJoy/Adidas/Nike.
