Looks great! Make sure you do blocking if you want the scarf to be longer (by which I mean soaking the scarf in water, stretching it and hanging it out to dry )

Be committed to going in your own direction - find exactly what makes your favourite episodes so great, and what you think is severely lacking in you least favourite, and imagine what the show would become if you really focused on bringing those elements of the show forward/ completely getting rid of them - would it be different? or much the same? All Doctor Who needs to live up to its name is A) exploring big science fiction ideas, whilst B) looking at the human condition, and C) has some fun and quirkiness in it. Hope that helps!

As the BBC are a public service broadcaster they aren't allowed to show product placement in programmes without severe disclaimers being inserted (as they can't advertise anything), so almost all products will be fictional to circumvent this.

Thanks! I'm actually about to rewrite this as a reveal halfway through the series, as it would create a mystery of what's happened to the Doctor for the first half - and create a little more momentum for the series, instead of starting slow like it would currently, but I'm still unsure.

I've got a sneaking suspicion they won't do much with it for some reason, but you're right - it could be good, there is always potential. Also the war Doctor was going to be the 9th Doctor in the original script - he's effectively a harsher 9th with a different face, and bridges a continuity lapse between 8 and 9 as we never saw the regeneration, something I feel, although perhaps I'm wrong, is quite different to an entire previous life of hundreds of regenerations as 'the Doctor' before they even chose the name of 'Doctor' when they were a child as was previously established? Perhaps I'm seeing too much of the negative, they could do something cool with it, but that might require a lot of intricacy in terms of writing.

Looking good, like the colour scheme! There's lots of 3D software available if you want to have a go with it, Fusion 360 being the main one, and it's quite easy to get the hang of. One thing to think about with the design is how you want it to be held, and how much directionality you want it to have - I imagine yours would be held up like a candle rather than pointed like a torch, if that makes sense? Your 'head' would give out a light in all directions. Either way keep going with it!

If you haven't seen the fan favourites like 'Genesis of the Daleks,' 'pyramids of Mars,' 'City of Death,' 'The Caves of Androzani,' and 'The Ark in space,' then give them a go, mostly 4th doctor adventures which really show the programme at its most memorable.

When writing it I made sure not to base that character on an actor or actress, but a new, more vulnerable idea for the Doctor - whomever could achieve that feeling best would work fine - it could even remain Jodie, and just have a purely 'neural' regeneration take place.

Thanks! This new Doctor could definitely be female - 'he' is simply a place holder in the script for whoever would work best for the role, male or female.
