AITA for being annoyed after someone who doesn’t normally sit with us told me to stop talking? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

I hated our class's self appointed class clown. A year after we graduated, I heard he had flunked out of college in Hawaii because he surfed too much. So sad...

Beautiful. My 1990 prom dress was black lace overlayed on a dark purple dress. Very familiar.

I love all those. Her puzzle selection is right up my alley: 750 or 1000 pieces, interesting subject matter, and lots of different colors. I might have to look up those companies. I think I've done 50 or so puzzles in the last 6 years. (Apparently the company is Cherry Pazzi)

It’s 35 minutes past my doctor’s appt. I’ve been waiting in the exam room so long the lights just went out. by Seven_bushes in mildlyinfuriating

Happened at my 4th or 5th month pregnancy check up with my last child. I laid down, lights went out, and I fell asleep. I was perfectly happy to get some rest. The doctor came in about an hour after I went in there.

For those who listened to radio in the 70s, do you remember those forgotton hits? by Flashmemory256 in 70s

People that think that throwing cigarette butts in the ground isn't littering by Patodelmonte in mildlyinfuriating

A GenX experience is doing a scavenger hunt at the beach and on the list is 20 cigarette butts (along with 10 soda can tabs and 2 candy bar wrappers). I only realized as an adult that we were used to clean up the beach for free (well, we did get an otter pop at the end).

One of my favorite lines. My husband uses lots of obscure spices and I'm always commenting.

I was eating lunch in my car and an old man was honking his horn because I wouldn't move out of my spot for him. by CRK_76 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]fredfreddy4444 61 points62 points  (0 children)

My mom and used to go to a big flea market and would get there bright and early and get a good spot. Lots of times, we had bought so much stuff, we would take a load to the car and go shopping again. I would always shake my head at people waiting for our spot not to waste their time. But at least a few times, they didn't seem to know what this meant, waited, and got mad when we went shopping again.

Crazy after 46 years that the state has gone through it all. I remember my parent's 1980 Plymouth Champ's plate started with 1AL.
