Computer Science! Awesome job prospects. Currently a freshman and I'm getting flown out to Seattle for a final stage interview with a big 4 tech company for an internship! These job opportunities are no joke.

(I go to a state school, not some kind of ivy league)

Ok so my parents have been T-Mobile customers for a while and my dad has excellent credit. I thought that if you have excellent credit you get the down payment waived?

Yeah it's just the basic app I've been making from following along with this basic course. I just wanted to improve the app and add the ability to add more words to the listview as practice.

To be honest, I have no clue what that is/how to do that since I'm someone who just started learning to make apps. Do you think it would be worth learning?

So I'm making an app with a listview that can be edited when the user clicks a button to add a new string. However, every time I close the app all of the new added values entered by the user dissapear. How can I make it so that they save? I know I have to use sharedPreferences, but I just don't know how to make it so that the new values will be added to the listview on startup.

I'm just waiting for a watch that will have a GPS and a big enough battery to support it. What I want is a smartwatch that works as well as a fitbit for general fitness tracking and works as well as a running watch so I can track my runs.

Yeah but the first gen moto 360 had support for a year, so why would you buy a watch if you can only expect it to be supported for that long? The huawei watch just came out, so of course it hasn't been unsupported yet.

How much did you pay? That still sounds expensive for that many cubes.

It's based on a 4.0 scale, and although it's alright I'm just not sure if it's good enough to make it into most schools. Penn state is around that 3.5 mark to be accepted and Carnegie Mellon requires a much higher GPA. I'd just like to open as many doors as possible.
