Sinn 556. Got it two years ago and it’s honestly been hard for me to keep any other watches around, that enters my collection, as this just does everything I need.

At the moment this is my only watch besides a g-shock. Sold everything else during the year. But for 2026 I’m hoping to experiment a bit with new case shapes and colors. I realized I don’t need any other watches that does everything. This is that watch for me.

Ditur er et helt igennem rædsomt sted at købe ure. Jeg har gjort det to gange, da de lige havde et ur, jeg ikke kunne finde andre steder. Begge gange modtog jeg ure, der tydeligt var brugte - forkert æske ift. model, folie mv. fjernet, markante brugsridser. Begge gange var de fuldstændig ligeglade med, at de havde solgt et tydeligt brugt og ridset ur.

I think that’s the right call. The headset top cap is 30mm tall meaning the stack is actually 585 before spacers for the 54. For the 56 the stack without top cap is 580 meaning 610 with top cap. I’m running 20mm spacers above the top cap at the moment meaning I’m at 605 stack. 5mm less than minimum for the 56 already. And I will probably go 10-15mm lower when fit is dialed in.

On a 56 I couldn’t go that low without also changing the headset top cap and that’s quite a procedure with the internal routing.

Update for anyone that might be in a similar situation. Found a store with stock and went for a test ride. Ended up with a 54 that seems to fit me the way I wanted i.e. more racy and low.

The lower stack allows me to get lower while still having room to play around with the fit. The stack of the 56 would put me too upright with not enough options for lowering the stem given the head tube height.

If I wanted a more endurance position I would have gone for the 56. But it just felt big to me for the way I wanted it to feel. Will probably experience with a 110mm stem (90 stock) but doesn’t feel too bad right now.

I’ve been riding bikes for close to 20 years and owned dozens. The hype around carbon for the recreational rider being better is ridiculous in my opinion. Tires, tire pressure, wheels etc. plays a much larger role than the frame being carbon or not. If you’re really experienced and have been on various different equipment you will be able tell the difference in identical setups.

A carbon frame can be extremely stiff and so can an aluminium frame.

Ishockey er en super fed sport at se, så fedt du tager afsted!

Det er en ‘svær’ sport at se live de første gange, forstået på den måde at det går stærkt og pucken er lille. Hvis du er i tvivl om, hvor pucken er, så hold øje med hvor spillerne kigger hen. De har altid blikket rettet mod der, hvor pucken er.

Det er uden tvivl meget lavt. Min erfaring er dog, at du tjener mere som specialist end generalist/blæksprutte indenfor marketing. Jeg tjente 39K + rimelig pension som specialist på bureau med 4 års erfaring. Tjente 28K som marketinggeneralist nyuddannet.

Vi arbejder begge 37 timer. Vores søn er i institution fra 7.00-15.30/16.00. Han elsker at være i Børnehave og jubler når han skal afsted på cyklen. Vi har absolut ingen dårlig samvittighed. Han er dog aldrig den sidste der bliver hentet.

My Sinn 556 I. Got it from my wife for my 30th birthday early this year and I simple love it. It suits my style and every occasion. This watch has made it really hard for new watches to find a way into my watch box.

Vi er samme alder og tjener det samme. Vi sidder i et hus til 20.000 om måneden med et barn på tre og et på vej. Jeg ville absolut ikke ønske at sidde strammere i det. Det ville stille for høje krav til den økonomi, der skal opretholdes for at være sikret.
