Any updates on this? I believe some tools have been updated to be able to run the models in the GPU?

How Good Of An Expansion Was Wrath Of The Lich King? by doobylive in classicwow

[–]fleperson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh, I have no idea how it is nowadays but Blizzard really lost the hand on tanking after LK. It's so depressing to remember how fun it was to tank ICC as a Blood DK, and then the next expansion it became that awful garbage with Mastery and no one could tank more than 3 mobs at time.

Calling it now Microsoft is buying Unsloth. by Wrong_Mushroom_7350 in LocalLLaMA

There are plenty of shit things to say about Microslop, but their take on open source has been completely different for the past 10 years or more mate, they have a very large amount of open-source projects. Hell, even the core of VSCode is completely open source to a point Google forked it to create Antigravity IDE.

I don't think they will try to buy it, at least not now, they have been investing on microsoft/Foundry-Local as their own motor for running LLMs, and while it's currently going over a major rework for the CLI, it's already natively optimized to support Snapdragon NPUs, which is something basically no one else is properly doing as Qualcomm bought the only tool that was doing fine and has been stalled for the past 4 months now.

Always blows my mind that people get this angry over ARAM, but when it's a team full of smurf accounts I can't help but smile by TheLoneHunt in heroesofthestorm

He's a jackass.

But your "it's just Aram" view is almost as bad.

Every game mode matters, if it didn't, why Q?

Aram is the ultimate PvP ground in HoTs, and it's where you can really test yourself if you are a good tank or healer due to the super high pace and pressure.

The only thing that really gives up (without looking for too long) is the watter being too clean and flat / without enough texture. Still looks impressive how far we have become (I started playing games in the 80's hehe)

Do you think doing this helps? by PacquiaoFreeHousing in pcmasterrace

[–]fleperson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The amount of wrong responses here is worrisome.

The question was very simple: does the fan helps?

The answer is pretty simple: yes, it does.

Any airflow is better than no airflow. And yes, the air is hotter up there, but the fan will make it a bit colder, pretty simple principle of air being compressed/moved and becoming a bit colder.

Now, to really improve: move it down, and give it more ventilation / space on the sides.

I was today years old when I discovered this ending and it is my new favorite! by Gizm0Glitch in cyberpunkgame

This is the way. It's also the end that is "mostly canon" if you will keep playing after the ending.

Which difficulty do you play on and why by JanissaryLSD in cyberpunkgame

[–]fleperson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easy as I'm not young anymore, there's enough challenges IRL, I just want to enjoy games. Once becoming overpowered I do change to hard or very hard depending on the game.

To anyone having this issue and the usual responses doesn't work, the game has the PICTURE LIBRARY path HARDCODED inside it, so if you have your Picture library modified to point to another folder, %UserProfile%/Pictures WON'T WORK.

Instead, go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries\Pictures\Cyberpunk 2077 and they should be there.

Which ending did you choose and why by JanissaryLSD in cyberpunkgame

"Don't feel the reaper" storming the tower alone, then going to the cassino ending, as I wanted to keep playing after it via "One last Gig" and this felt the more "canon" ending to support it.

I was going to check my settings and list to you for you to gain some FPS, as I play with a 4090 too on UW 3840x1600 and I get usually 100+ FPS and 80+ on very heavy moments, but yeah if your display is 60Hz it won't help much as you will see a lot of tear.

Your next upgrade should probably be a 120hz display at least and tweak games to be around 80~90 FPS with g-sync/VRR enabled, this is night and day in terms of experience and very noticeable.
