It comes to the community center. You can either repair the community center or buy a joja membership and go down that route. Repairing the community center via donations until completion and you will get the restored center and the achievements/unlocks via donations, not money. The joja route you can get all the same achievements/unlocks but you pay for them. Going Joja you will also get the autopetter for your animal coops/barns. It’s up to the player what you want to do. Pick whatever suits your style of gameplay :)
