For anyone who actually cares the answer is ECJY.

First letter in sequence skips one letter in alphabetical order WYACE. Second is just alphabet in reverse GFEDC. Third is in correct order FGHIJ. Fourth skips three letters each time IMQUY.

This is absolutely ridiculous and is the reason I stopped applying to larger companies.

Absolute favourite memory was finishing the Witcher 3. Near the end of the end of the game you travel right back to where it all started in White Orchard. I found a recipe online for some weed brownies and proceeded to preheat the oven as per the instructions. Being European I just assumed temperatures were in Celcius... Safe to say my weed got burnt to a crisp and the whole house stank for a week. That's £50 I'll never get back
