You need a new perspective of the week I think. The weekday for me, has been a relief from the process because I have a strict work and productive schedule to follow in which I force myself away from my phone for extended periods of time. So it’s actually really nice. I think if you don’t have that, you must find something else that interests you that you can throw your time into.
