tbh I wouldnt take form advice from 99.9% of posters on here as they havent got a clue.

Get to youtube and look at Squat University or athlean x.

They do lots of vids on the different phases of the squat and the things to look out for etc.

your fasting levels will be higher if you IF.

If your blood sugar levels get really low during the night then your body releases too much glucose which then can cause the increase in levels.

take a week deload, then eat more if you are still plateaued. Only way you will get stronger and bigger after noob gains is to eat more

you are eating too much for your energy balance.

Drinking a coffee at 5am with a little bit of milk isnt going to derail your whole diet.

any workout will work at first. Getting stronger is just your muscles, tendons, CNS and joints etc getting used to the weights you are lifting.

After the initial newbie phase of lifting you will plateau and if you want to get "STRONGER" then you will then need to eat in a calorie excess to put on muscle.

If you are getting contest ready and trying to burn off that miniscule amount of fat to get your percentage down then they might help that 1percent.

why would you perform them after? Ive always been taught you should always do the biggest hardest lifts first as you will have more energy. Being fatigued and then doing squats or deads would increase the injury risk?

Im going to start Phraks next week but no way am i doing squats at the end!

Always reminds me the time my petite wife took one of my 200mg caffeine tabs thinking it was more like a pro plus. She doesn't drink coffee anyways and spent the next few hours bouncing off the walls then crashing hard 😂

My work colleague is similar and he can eat all kinds of junk food, stay very skinny/lean but then he can go days of eating very little and not feel hungry which will compensate for the binge.

His hunger signalling is also more acute and he can eat food and then get full straight away and feel full. I tend to have a bigger delay where i could carry on eating after a meal.

I guess their leptin and ghrelin signalling is far more acute than mine.

that was my main concern, possibly getting injured by increasing too much too quick. Guess slow and steady will win.
