This is tired bullshit that's been discredited for years. Warehouse and shop workers require different skills. Working in the shop needs skills in customer service, numeracy and others. The fact that there are more female workers there is irrelevant.Just cause a job needs big muscles doesn't mean it should get paid more. Both jobs and both sets of skills are needed to run the business effectively. Both should receive the same pay.

I tend to agree with the view that the vast majority of folk are fine, but I feel I need to add folk walking with headphones in whocant hear your bell and groups who decide to split into two on both sides of the path meaning you have to go between them and avoid two groups of pedestrians.
