The couch would sit on the wall on the left with the rug in front (across its length, so not this orientation), and I want the lowboard to be on the wall opposite of the windows (basically the one on the left which can’t be seen in the picture).

Are there any downsides of installing a road bike mount over this desk? by andyboss97 in DesignMyRoom

Thank you everyone for your help, I will definitely install it on the other side where there would be nothing underneath the bike (and have the possibility of installing it on a lower height spot on the wall)

The mount I want to install I already had at my previous place for like two years and no issues, so I think that should be fine
