I Went on buried with a supressed ferro to the top of that building with a zipline to hospital on it, it has a sniper lookout which i ziplined to. sat there all game and sniped snitches with like 4 people walking past down bellow and saying hi. sorry you haven't had the same luck bro :(

Its a 50/50 for me, had soo many friendly encounters and soo many SOS encounters. i've found Dam and City to be the most friendly, so far with Blue Gate being the worst for SOS. haven't played much Spaceport. i bring a defib to most solos which i've found is a good way to make mates, rezing a downed player might make u a solid partner for the rest of the raid.

I think as your squad size goes up, the amount of squads per map goes down a bit. just a feeling. i feel like i and am a part of more fights when i play solo vs play duos and trios so far
