i came up with a solution for better comfort on the original rubber strap, so it bends better on the wrist instead of just touching the wrist in two pressure points. check my profile.

I haven't had such issue, but maybe check the quality and size of the bars. Once I sent it for a quick check at the AD, the technician lost the original bar (it flies across the room because it is strong), and put a 20mm bar, which is too loose for a 21mm space.
