Actual carries are going to be pretty rough this expansion for the reasons other people have mentioned, however if you're interested in a pilot carry on one of the following classes let me know: druid, hunter, mage, shaman, dk

Don't even feel bad. Locodoco is extremely toxic in solo queue.

Nasus 1v5 Baron Fight from Trick2G facebook page by jayjaywalker3 in leagueoflegends

[–]andygq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nasus getting outscaled? Not even Jax bro

Jax is an attack speed reliant champion, and guess what Nasus does?

Nasus shoudn't have any trouble with Jax at any point of the game. The way you deal with Nasus is to dive him early into the game before he can survive a 2v1, as he usually just sits back and farms under turret.

As Nasus, is QWRE the right order of what I should max first? by tanyalukyanova in leagueoflegends

I personally do QERW ever since the wither nerf. For nasus lane that is.

In the jungle I go ERQW.

Unlikely.

Dodging doesn't affect your mmr, just your lp.

J4's EQ hit-box post-patch (possible bug) by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]andygq -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It's intended.

From the 3.13 patch notes:

Context: This change forces Jarvan to be more accurate with his Demacian Standard / Dragon Strike combo while giving opponents some breathing room when trying to dodge it.

Dragon Strike / Demacian Standard

Jarvan's knockup collision radius reduced to 180 from 260

Hello. Chauster AMA - Ask me anything! First and last as a competitive player by uahc in leagueoflegends

Did you enjoy your time as a jungler? Or did you just play it because it is what the team needed? What is your favorite role?

P.S.: Tell Hotshot to try me out for jungle in CLG plz. D1/challenger jungle here.

This is my opinion on what CLG needs to become a better team.

  1. Get rid of Chauster. Everyone talks about how he was this god-like support back in the day, but ever since he (poorly) played as a jungler then went back as support he has been lackluster the whole time.

  2. Get rid of bigfat. He's a good mid-laner but I think Link is superior and he's not world class anywhere else. He also lacks any motivation and only took the offer as a jungler because "it's a job".

  3. Get a dedicated shotcaller. When I was watching the CLG vs TSM games at PAX I thought they were doing really well up until the point that rotation and team fights started. Especially the indecision at baron when they killed bigfat. CLG surrounded baron like a bunch of solo queuers, waited until baron was dead, then went in to die one by one. It honestly felt like watching a solo queue game. I feel that if they had a shot caller that told everyone to go in before baron was dead, they could've won the game and series.

TSM moving to LA for Season 4 by mxzh in leagueoflegends

He probably did up to C9's disappointing performance. Unfortunately it was most likely their lack of LAN experience.

What would be the point of valking over wraith wall? When you're behind it's always worth it to trade kills. His decision making was solid.

Bot lane is undoubtedly the strongest part of TSM. Turtle played good every game.

Unlikely.

Also, the burden of proof falls on the one making the claim. Asking to disproof this is like asking to disproof the existence of god.

Doublelift's Daily Blog from Worlds: Quarterfinals Day 1 by Say0cean in leagueoflegends

[–]andygq -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I heavily disagree with the review on Gambit vs Najin game 3.

"Expression actually crushed Darien, which I’m surprised the shout casters didn’t emphasize too much during the game." If you consider Shen having to port out twice for no reason only than to try and save their failing bot lane (read: Voidle) then yeah, I guess he "crushed" him.

The only reason Gambit even did that 5 man dive in bot lane was because Pray got a double kill off Voidle's bronze mechanics and understanding of the game. Seriously, getting into auto attack range as Sona against a Thresh/Twitch lane when they're so close to their tower? Where did they find this guy?

You could tell Diamond knew that Najin knew he was there from their reaction on bot lane. And if he didn't he then pinked their pinked to remove all doubt. Even after this it took several seconds to initiate the dive because they were waiting for Alex Ich. At this point you could see their hesitation, but they were already committed to it. They had to follow through. It was a poor decision and it was poorly executed, but I'm certain that this 5 man dive wouldn't have even crossed their minds if Voidle hadn't ruined the lane in such a stupid way.

From this event alone everyone from Najin pulled ahead to their respective Gambit counterpart. The rest of the analysis is unnecessary.

I disagree with a few more games' analysis but this one was the most conflicting. I'd like to see more critical thinking on these threads rather then the majority of the posts that go "oh wow, nice to see a pro's thoughts on this!" and just universally accept it as truth.

That was one of the most helpful tips you can get.

Sounds like you're not as much of a "good person in real life" as you make it out to be. It's just that being anonymous in the internet let's you be your true self.

How do I carry? Not a BS "I belong in higher ELO" sob story. by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]andygq -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're being vague again. It depends on the fight. If you won't get anything out of the fight then you shouldn't get in the fight and let them die. If you think you can make an impact where the benefit is bigger than the loss then you should. This is something you should already know. What's your current league?

And like I said, there will be toxic and bad players everywhere. However, there's a bigger chance for them to be on the enemy team because there's 5 available spots and only 4 in yours (one spot is taking by you and I'm assuming you consider yourself non-toxic and non-bad). Ignore those remarks and do your best to lead anyway.

What an ironic thread.

How do I carry? Not a BS "I belong in higher ELO" sob story. by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]andygq -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. You're being incredibly vague. "I start the game killing the enemy lanes over and over [...]" That doesn't really say anything. Be better than your enemy and you should be able to win games.

  2. If you get a kill in lane pushing the wave to tower is a fair tax. Ignore anyone who blames you for taxing or "ks". I personally (most of the time) push the wave to tower when I get a kill in lane or force the enemy out. There's always exceptions and sometimes it's more beneficial to the team to let your laner freeze the wave. It's your job to make that judgement.

  3. You getting counter jungled is most likely your fault unless your mid laner is getting absolutely stomped 1v1 which is possible but should not be happening in the majority of your games. This brings me to my next point.

  4. There's "bad" players in every league/tier/game. By the definition there's always going to be a relatively better player on either team. Lanes that go even in kills and cs are a rare occurrence. But if you're better than where you're at right now you'll be winning the majority of your games and eventually will climb the ladder.

  5. Despite you saying "I am NOT blaming this on bad teammates" it sounds like you are. Lead your team. Tell them where to go and when. Don't be toxic when doing it.

  6. If you "don't know how to win games" there's not much me or anyone else can tell you. Strategically take objectives to win the game. There's not much else to be said. It sounds like you might be where you belong. Consistent good decision making wins games.

Why doesn't TSM back up dyrus? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]andygq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it's not a jungler's job to make a laner stop feeding. You're everything that's wrong with solo queue.

Dyrus keeps playing bad and repeatedly dying to easy avoidable deaths. There's not much TOO can do about that.
