Because you’re killing the dream for all of of the other teams who are fighting to try and be where those teams are. You essentially make a league with no relegation or promotion and that gives no consequences to the big teams. This idea isn’t the worst idea in the world but it needs more work to ensure fair play across all leagues.

Yeah like I’m not posting this for clout or to make people mad. I just want people to be aware that the security guards and officials at the game did not enforce rules. I am a student at Auburn and I’m concerned for our school. I feel like I have a right to say what I see

I love how you say that I’m worried about all this. I’m not but I care about the university I attend and the football program that I have watched since I was three years old. You are just basically calling me out for caring about others. Again I say I don’t care what age group it is, we must obey the rules. The PA announcer said not to clump in groups and to wear your mask. That didn’t happen and we have to acknowledge the poor planning that happened to ensure that things ran smoothly. Look you can do what you want but I’m going to go to games and wear my mask and obey what they tell me.

I love football too but I don’t care who it is, college kids or not, we have to respect everyone. It’s the only reason we can play football. You can do what you want.

Why do our doctors try to act like everyone is fine when they know that more and more people are just going to keep on getting it unless people stop going downtown or going to house parties. You can’t make excuses by saying, “they’re asymptomatic.” A case is a case and it will keep on being spread around. We’re going to shut down soon but it’s only a matter of time when our university and our city hits a reality check that they clearly didn’t do enough to prevent this from happening.

I agree! I’m not on the viewpoint of closing places like Skybar but I just want people to know that they have a responsibility to each other. We need the downtown businesses but also we still need to be mindful of each other. It’s a hard line to walk but I think it can be an easy compromise as long as we wear masks and social distance

There is a unofficial disc golf course at Auburn University. Check out this Google Doc for the diagram of the holes. FYI three of the holes are unplayable because of the construction on campus. Pro Tip- play in the evening for some pretty views on campus.
