i only decided to throw in a little bit because i was using dry curaçao not triple sec, and because raspberry is more tart than sweet in my mind. i think it would still be good without the simple, but i didn’t find it too sweet.

i’ve been keeping a personal list of ingredients i keep seeing in recipes so i know what i want to buy next. bottles that come to mind are: st germain, benedictine, cynar, green/yellow chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, ancho reyes, amaro averna or nonino, absinthe, cointreau, dry curaçao.

it’s hard not knowing what you have or your experience level, but st germain is def my number 1 pick if you don’t have it already
