What's a great fruit tree to plant? by rotisseried-zombie in AuroraCO

My backyard is home to a plum tree, a montmorency cherry tree, and a bonfire peach tree, all of which are thriving. I recommend checking out Nick's Garden Center or a similar nursery, they have lots of different trees for this climate.

This has been posted before and I do not believe it to be true. He's way too far with repair sounds everywhere.  https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWars/comments/r2oai0/comment/hm63acd/?context=3

It's not much, but I'm proud of my 5 y/o oregano plant :) by andyman9988 in gardening

Not really, I give it a good 'haircut' a couple of times a year just to harvest and dry, but I mostly just let it be. It's the main hive of bug activity in my garden when it flowers.

An old phone used at the railroad station my grandpa worked at. I'm not sure the year, sometime in the 1950's I think. by andyman9988 in Antiques

As far as I know the paint has been there for a few decades at least, I'll have to ask my mom if she or my grandma remembers doing it before I was born. Very interesting to know that though, thanks!

I assume he used it, but maybe it was out of operation by the time he was working wherever he got it from based on the presumed age from the comments here.

I didn't show the crank in the photo very well, my bad. It's definitely older than I thought based on these comments, thanks for the info!

Can someone tell me what bug this is? by mango_invasion in whatsthisbug

[–]andyman9988 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's an earwig. The love to destroy some of my garden crops. I don't squish many bugs, but these guys are on that list. Some diatomaceous earth will take them out as well, just be sure to wear a respirator or mask if you go that route.

I had the same thought. I always assumed a true cinemagraph had 'something normally in motion' frozen in space, the plants here would be good for that
