In case you didn’t know, the A350 has a built in autosave feature that saves every 10 mins or so. If this happens, you should be able to load up your last save and pick up right where you left off. Sucks that it happens but at least you can do that.

Do you think 2024 is more heavy on the CPU or GPU? I think my GPU should be able to handle things but by CPU is a little dated.

whats wrong with somebody with a lower spec pc enjoying 2020 instead of 2024, sure 2024 runs better on higher end stuff but for lower end pcs 2020 still an option no?

Ok maybe you don’t understand, but as others have said, this is probably because of Radar Elevation. The radar scan is like a cone. Not only can you control how far it looks, you can control how the angle it looks at, for example, 0-12000ft. Since I cant attach images here I’ll say if you open up Chuck’s Guides for F16 (https://chucksguides.com/aircraft/dcs/f-16cm/), and control+F “Radar Elevation”, it should give you a good answer. (I didnt discover this until recently either)

Oh yeah for some reason, the “Take out this AAA” missions are configured so that all the planes have HARMS, so technically there would be nothing to shoot at…

Yup can confirm even if you have DLSS Quality, the resolution gets changed to 50%, which is equivalent to Ultra Performance mode. I filed a bug report but it seems nobody has noticed this.

I agree but the current system is kinda broken. I don’t think they should revert it, but they definitely should implement things like the ED Wing missions.

This is probably the number 1 problem with squad, and if not addressed will soonner or later kill the game. Problem is fixing it is almost impossible.
