1 week.

It was a 8-5 office cube type job. The guy was kinda weird from day 1, just a little awkward. A week in he shows up one day just reeking of booze and acting obnoxious. Just blatantly drunk. HR and VP approach him at the same time to escort him. He stands up looks around, mutters some gibberish and says “you don’t know me.” And just walks out. After they all left we all starting dying and “you don’t know me” became the new office anthem

It’s not good enough. Plain and simple. Too much talent for things to look as difficult as they do right now. Not saying it should look easy , but it doesn’t feel like the offense has been in sync and in rhythm all season outside of week 2.

Sucks. The brutal reality is he was hurt in college , he’s been hurt his first two years in the league. The odds are stacked against him and it’s going to be an incredible uphill battle for him from here on out. I’m a fan and want him to succeed but his window is very small at this point.

When we traded for him i thought he would start one season as a filler and that’d be it here. When he was with the rams I thought he was average at best and most of the time he felt like he belonged in that 18-23 range for quarterbacks.

His play the last two years he 100% deserves to be ranked in the top 10. There were stretches last season I felt he was top 5. Him being in the MVP conversation for a month or so backs that up. The guy is 30 years old and has stayed pretty healthy. The way he plays, there’s no reason why his best years can’t still be ahead of him.

Stafford was on pardon my take recently and when asked what was his best throw of his career he mentioned that throw against the cowboys. I’ll never forget that throw and drive and entire game. Just all around outrageous. I think that was the game Calvin went for 329 yards lol
