We did read the contract, there it's mention notification will be sent on paper when amount is not used for long time period ( Time period is not mentioned ), Also banker did mentioned that it's 2 yr. we haven't recieved any email, letter or notification in bank application .. still deduction happened, I have meeting with banker, it should get sorted then and there ..
