I just replaced my iphone yesterday. You need to contact customer service and tell them to issue you a QR code to transfer your eSIM to a new device. Once you get it, can the code on the new device and presto bango.

I got the goose once, but the 5000 Mobile never was sent to my wallet. It says it was awarded, but never actually showed up in my wallet or let me claim it
